Each day keeps getting better and better. I woke up this morning without an alarm at 7:30am. I was surprised I woke up so early, considering I was so tired when I went to bed lastnight, but I felt really good, so I got up and did yoga.
I went for a bit of a stronger practice today – as I was feeling stronger and more energized. It felt great. Meal plans were same as yesterday and basically at the same times, although I didn’t feel quite as hungry today so I ended up having my shakes a little bit later each time.
Meals as follows for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner:
~ 1 Digest & Cleanse – 1/2hr – 1hr before my shake
~ Balance Complete Shake
~ Shot of Ningxia Red
I was also blessed by Mother Nature, for my “time of the month” to start today. I will say I didn’t notice it to bother me at all. If this would have happened on Day 1 or Day 2…… I feel like it would have been a huge struggle to get proceed, as I was quite tired and irritable already at that point.
Today, I cycled to a girlfriend’s to chat oils, and Mike and I walked to the grocery store to stock up on healthy foods for the week. I didn’t feel tempted to buy anything “bad” and I am feeling quite excited to cook up our chicken and veggie plates tomorrow, to have for lunch on Monday.
When we got home we made spelt flour banana muffins and a loaf to have for healthy snacks this week. They smelled amazing!! And of course eating a warm muffin fresh out of the oven would have tasted amazing, but I felt good knowing they would be there on Monday for me to enjoy one or two! I just honestly find it relaxing and grounding to be in the kitchen preparing healthy foods. I am excited to move forward next week, making more mindful choices around what I put in my body.
Todays take aways; still a bit cold at times, no headaches, no bloating, good BM’s, loads of energy – could have been in the kitchen all night!
